About Human Resources
The Human Resources Division is responsible for the stewardship and management of our most valuable resource, the dedicated individuals who minister for the Diocese of Raleigh.
Our goal is to provide the policies and resources to employees throughout the diocese to insure that the Church is both a just and effective employer. To this end, the Human Resources Division serves the practical, legal and procedural needs of human resource management in the chancery and parishes.
The Human Resources Division comprises the following areas of responsibility: Personnel, Benefits, the Avila Retreat Center, and Short Journey Retreat Center
