About Human Resources
Human Resources is responsible for the stewardship and management of our most valuable resource, the dedicated individuals who minister for the Diocese of Raleigh.
Our goal is to provide the policies and resources to employees throughout the diocese to insure that the Church is both a just and effective employer. To this end, Human Resources serves the practical, legal and procedural needs of human resource management in the chancery and parishes.
