The Benefits Department provides information, education, and assistance regarding the health and retirement benefits offered to eligible employees of the Diocese of Raleigh.
The goal of the Benefits Department is to give eligible employees a resource to help understand the benefits available to them and how to use those benefits efficiently.
Benefits available to eligible employees include health, dental, vision, prescription drug, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, retirement plan, 403(b) tax-deferred savings plan, and workers' compensation.
