Bishop Burbidge to Provide New Year’s Day Video Gospel Reflection

The Diocese of Raleigh will again be participating in the Daily Video Gospel Reflections presented by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and funded by donations to the Catholic Communication Campaign. The Most Reverend Michael F. Burbidge and five Priests of the Diocese will present a total of 14 reflections in the first four months of 2011. Bishop Burbidge will begin the New Year with a reflection on January 1. He will also present the reflection on Ash Wednesday, March 9.

The other presenters are and their dates are:

  • Father Michael Cassabon, Parochial Vicar, St. Patrick Church, Fayetteville – Jan. 18, Apr. 6
  • Father Roman Acero, Parochial Vicar, St. Thomas More Church, Chapel Hill – Jan. 25, Mar. 20
  • Father William McIntyre, O.F.M., Parochial Vicar, Immaculate Conception Church, Durham – Feb. 9, Apr. 13
  • Father Tim Meares, Pastor, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Rocky Mount - Feb. 28, Mar. 30.
