CGHS Principal Discusses Importance of Planned Cathedral
Parishes taking part in the First Block of the Our Cathedral: One Faith, One People campaign are bringing their Cathedral/Parish campaigns to a close. The First Block began in January and concludes the end of June, with Second Block parishes preparing to kick off their campaigns that will run from July through December.
Cathedral Campus Campaign Co-chair Dr. Henry Zaytoun expressed his gratitude to the people throughout the Diocese who have offered sacrificial gifts to the construction of the new Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. He said special credit belongs to the courageous leadership of Bishop Michael F. Burbidge and the dedication to the project demonstrated by pastors.
Updates on the Cathedral Campus project are available on the new Cathedral’s website,
www.holynamecathedralnc.org. There you will find a testimonial by Mr. Jason Curtis, Principal of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, on how the new Cathedral will help pass on the faith.
