God's Work Our Challenge
Overview
God's Work ~ Our Challenge Capital Campaign was launched in 2001 with a $30 million goal in response to the tremendous growth this diocese has been experiencing in the last decade. We have witnessed a commitment to Bishop Gossman's vision to strengthen our parish communities and to move us to a greater sense of unity and purpose in Jesus Christ and the greater Church.
God's Work ~ Our Challenge has been a vital step forward for the Diocese of Raleigh. The benefits of the effort, however, go well beyond the value of the funds raised and their comprehensive projects. The Church in eastern North Carolina has made many new friends who will continue to volunteer their time, their talents, and their financial resources. Indeed, the Catholic community has experienced a feeling of coming together to attain a common goal of financial security through the God's Work ~ Our Challenge campaign.
