Mission of the Office for Lay Ministry

You, then, are the body of Christ. Every one of you is a member of it. (1Cor. 12:27)

The Office for Lay Ministry strives to help the People of God in the Diocese of Raleigh recognize that they are unique, gifted members of Christ's body called through baptism to grow in faith and love, to be a community which supports one another on their journeys of faith, and to carry on the mission of Christ to the world.
