About Hispanic Ministry

The Office of Hispanic Ministry for the Diocese of Raleigh extends a warm invitation to women and men to walk their faith journey with us, for it is in the unity of faith and the diversity of culture that we form the Body of Christ.

As heirs to the ministry of Jesus Christ, we profess our Christian identity and acknowledge our vocation to proclaim and bear witness to the kingdom of God among us. We commit ourselves to minister to all we meet by means of a pastoral de conjunto (communion in mission), the formation of leaders, and a preferential option for the poor, all based in a spirituality which allows us to celebrate true Life.

Our ministry not only reaches out to the Hispanic faithful but also strives to provide the Anglo community with an introduction to multi-cultural issues. Learn more about our: programs, events, resources and which parishes offer Masses in Spanish.
