Full Time

40 hours a week/5 days a week

Key responsibilities / day-to-day job functions

  • Coordinates and evaluates the student enrollment process at diocesan schools
  • Develops strategies to attract and retain students
  • Identifies obstacles to enrollment and identifies ways to overcome these obstacles
  • Maintains admission and retention statistics

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum level of Education: College degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum amount of Work Experience
    • Years of related work experience: 3-5 years experience
    • Area of related work experience: Marketing, Student Recruitment, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience and/or knowledge of software systems
  • Experience and/or knowledge of a wide range of social media platforms
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
